Finance Executive

Our client within the Oil and Gas Industry is looking to recruit a Finance Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and positing of invoices
• Bank reconciliations 
• Handling of bank payments
• Assisting in balance sheets accounts
• Assist with debtor chasing and prepation of collection reports
• Handling communications with third parties 
• Assisting the audit process
• Support in day to day financial duties

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of local experience in a similar role 
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Written and verbal knowledge in English and Maltese

Education:

• Initial stages of ACCA or A'levels in Accountancy
