Finance Executive

Our Client, a leading Company within the FMCG industry is looking for a Finance Executive to join their team of professionals. 

Responsabilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations on a timely basis
• Prepare transfers between different bank accounts of the Group
• Upload SEPA payments and payroll bank files on bank portal for approval
• Prepare the monthly Group recharges and franchisee recharge invoices
• Chase suppliers for collection of rebates receivable
• Prepare the necessary data for timely submission of the monthly and quarterly management accounts
• Prepare necessary data for the Audit fieldwork in preparation of the Annual Audit
• Assist in the payroll process mainly time and attendance inputting
