Finance Executive

Motors Inc. in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Finance Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for the automotive industry and an eye for detail. The candidate will be forming part of the Motors INC Finance department.

What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for the day to day supervision of the Accounts Payable function;
• Assisting with the end of month routines including preparation and analysis of various financial reports;
• Responsible for the monthly bank reconciliations;
• Processing Monthly Provisions;
• Reconcile and review Warranty Payments;
• Processing and reconciling intercompany transactions;
• Assistance in the preparation of annual budgets and subsequent monthly/quarterly reviews and revisions;
• Monthly submission of Hire Purchase contracts and respective payment files with the Company bankers;
• Assisting in preparation for yearly statutory audit;
• Assisting in ad hoc projects and any other duties assigned by superiors.
