Finance Assistant

Our client within the iGaming industry is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their growing team:

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing organizing and managing supplier invoices
• Preparing general ledger postings
• Managing accounts payable
• Managing accounts receivables
• Will be responsible of the weekly supplier payment processing
• Managing the bank transactions posting and reconciliations
• Will be responsible of the revenue cycle
• Will be responsible in the upkeep of the company’s Fixed Asset Register
• Assist in the preparation of VAT Returns
• Assist in the preparation of month end reporting and management accounts
• Assisting in other adhoc duties within the finance department

• Minimum of 2 years experience within accounting
• Good command of MS Excel
• Experience using SAGE Evolution is considered an asset
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• A can-do approach, analytical and a good eye for detail

• Holds at least a completed Advanced Diploma in accounting
