Our client, a start up company, in the Information Technology Industry is looking for a Finance and Admin Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Accounting:
Handling and posting of invoices
Supporting in debtor chasing
Handling the bank reconciliations
Monitoring and posting of payments
Supporting with the payables and receivables
Supporting the outsourced accountant and internal CFO with day to day duties
Administration:
Handling day to day office admin
Supporting in onboarding of clients
Assisting with KYC and DD processes
Handling of equipment purchases, kitchen supplies
Requirements
A minimum of 2-3 years working in an accounting role locally
Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese
Self starter and organised
Proactivity and taking ownership of processes in full
Education and Experience
A Level in Accounting or similar
