Credit Control Executive

Aquani in Malta is looking to recruit a Credit Control Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.
Main responsibilities include:
- Update and maintain databases such as client information
- Handle customer queries by email and over the phone
- Send copies of invoices, credit, notes, and statements
- Chase overdue accounts and payments by phone, post and email as deemed necessary
- Liaise with our Legal Advisers as required.

- Highly organized and methodical
- Efficient and able to work under pressure
- Reliable and a team player
- Attention to detail
- Capable of working alone and unsupervised
- Able to work flexible hours
- Capable of meeting deadlines and specific targets.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge and fluency in Maltese and English
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of accounts
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar post.
