Corporate Finance Senior Associate

Our client is looking for a Corporate Finance Senior Associate to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the delivery of financial advisory services such as capital market transactions, M&A, corporate valuations, financial due diligence, business strategy and business recovery
• The delivery of various projects
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Assist the team by having thorough current knowledge with regards to developments in the accounting profession as well as accounting standards 
• Develop both internal relationships as well as relationships with clients

• 2-3  years of experience, working in the field of corporate finance
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate results of analysis and thought proce
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to multitask across assignments
• Ability to deliver quality written wor

• Fully Qualified in ACCA or a relevant Degree in Accountancy
