Our client is seeking a Client Account Manager to join their team of professionals due to their growth.
- Overseeing the team’s work while ensuring high levels of quality, efficiency and client satisfaction;
- Monitoring team performance and be involved in target setting;
- Managing team workflows, workloads and deadlines;
- Assisting other team members as their primary point of contact and review work where appropriate;
- Actively managing and enhancing relationship with top tier clients;
- Completing VAT returns and management accounts, and liaising with auditors;
- Preparing ad-hoc financial reports by analysing accounting information;
