Our client is an independently owned company offering expertise in a range of corporate and trust services. They are looking for a Client Accountant to join their team. Reporting directly to the Clients Accounts Manager the responsibilities will include:
- Recording of the day to day transactions of a portfolio of clients
- Preparing bank and other nominal ledger reconciliations
- Assist with the compilation of management accounts
- Assist in the preparation of VAT returns
- Assist in the preparation of final accounts for audit
- Liaise with auditors, clients and professional advisors accordingly
