Chief Financial Officer

Our client is a Fintech company offering a payment settlement platform for the telecommunication industry by introducing a stablecoin. They are currently looking to recruit a CFO to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the monthly management accounts and board information
• Designating person for safeguarding Clients' assets
• Preparation of financial budgets and cash-flow projections
• Posting of invoices and payments
• Reconciling client and supplier accounts
• Assisting clients and suppliers with queries
• Processing payments and update the systems accordingly
• Completion of year end accounts and preparation of financial statements
• Managing the annual financial audit and liaising with external auditors
• Assisting with ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements of a financial nature and liaison with local professional services firms
• Control and responsibility for all financial aspects of the company
