Budget Analysis Executive

Our client, operating within the aviation industry, is seeking to recruit a Budget Analysis Executive. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Developing policies and procedures to strengthen financial discipline across the organization
• Implementing cost control measures and driving initiatives for cost optimization
• Monitoring actuals vs budgets and ensuring compliance is in line with the necessary guidelines
• Assisting with the developing, consolidation and managing of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Ensuring budget is aligned with the organization's objectives and strategic goals
• Identifying performance key drivers against budgets and forecasts 
• Developing financial models to support in the decision making and long term planning
• Enhancing budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes
• Utilizing ERP and financial planning tools to automate and streamline reporting
• Implementing the best practices in financial data management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Highly analytical with a key eye for detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel. Candidates holding knowledge in Power BI will be given preference
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment

Education and Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting
