Ably Resources are currently on the search for an Assistant Financial Controller for one of their clients. It is a large organisation on the island that specialise in development, hospitality and construction, due to continued expansion and promotions within the business.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the finance team members.
General Accounting duties
Prepare monthly management accounts and monthly reconciliations
Compilation of budgets
Responsible for the monthly payroll computation report
Assist in the preparation of the annual audit file
Preparation of VAT returns
Undertaking full management accounts
Follow up work in progress with the Quantity Surveyor team
*Applicants will preferably have experience in the construction sector. Will have ACCA or University Degree.
