Our client, a financial services company that offers accounting and audit services, is looking for an Accounts Team Leader to join their dynamic team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Supervising and mentoring of other junior accounting executives within the company
• Ensuring efficient client services and providing support to administration staff
• Reviewing VAT Returns / periodic reports with staff before publishing to clients / submitting to  Authorities
• Acting as a reference point to staff members in preparing Management Accounts and reviewing and finalizing yearly accounts in preparation for the audit
• Assisting and preparing monthly / yearly closing up to the finalizing of the Financial statements
• Assist with other account projects with a special interest in Malta Enterprise Scheme, VAT  Regulations, Payroll Regulations
• Support the team in peak periods to make sure that deadlines are adhered to
