Our client in Malta is looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.
Main objective of the job:
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will support and conclude transactions and payments received through the cash desk by recording and reconciling data.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving and recording Hire Purchase Payment from clients;
Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording receivable data;
Keep track, process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with finance policies and procedures;
Verifying any discrepancies and resolve clients billing issues;
Handling and recording all cash that is received through aftersales payments;
Issuing of cheques and posting of invoicing;
End of day reconciliation and reporting;
Filing and administration tasks required;
Preparation and compilation of ad hoc reports and documentation requested by management;
Communication-related to clients and back office.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills and numerical skills;
Attention to detail;
The ability to document and record accordingly;
The ability to prioritize day to day tasks;
Reconciling payment deadlines;
The ability to report and capture important shared with superiors and management.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with at least 1-year of experience, however, training will be provided.
