Accounts & Payroll Executive

Our client, a well-known operator within the Hospitality and Catering sector, is currently looking to recruit an Accounts & Payroll Executive to join their team. The chosen candidate will benefit from a very closely knit team who will be supporting their growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Performing accounting duties up to trial balance stage
• Posting of supplier invoices and bank reconciliations
• Keeping the general ledger up to date and cashbook postings
• Maintenance of petty cash and bank deposits
• Processing monthly payroll 
• Applications for work permits and on-boarding/termination of employees

• Previous local experience in payroll, ideally using Shireburn Indigo, would be considered a strong asset however, not a must-have
• A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in an accounting role, performing up to the trial balance stage
• A positive can-do attitude with an eye for detail and willingness to learn

• A minimum of A level standard of education
