Accounts Payable Officer

Our client within the Industrial Good and Services Industry is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Handling of petty cash management and cash reconciliations 
• Handling of all supplier invoices 
• Reviewing and posting of invoices 
• Handling pay-runs by issuing payments to creditors 
• Collaborating with credits 
• Supporting in day to day duties 

• Minimum of 1 year local experience working experience in a similar role
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Written and verbal knowledge in English and Maltese
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• A'level in Accountancy
