Accounts Payable Clerk

Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a growing team 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely payments in line with schedules, policies, and agreed credit terms.
• Oversee and approve supplier payment runs.
• Ensure accurate and prompt invoice postings in Sage.
• Address vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Assist in negotiating and communicating payment plans with creditors.
• Manage issue resolution escalated by team members.
• Recommend process improvements for accounts payable.
• Generate reports on accounts payable metrics, including aging and performance indicators.

• Experience is needed in a similar role
• Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English

• A level in Accounts
