Accounts Officer

Ably Resources Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Officer to join their client's team on a full-time basis.

About our Client:
Our Client is a well-known industrial organization hoping to secure an Accounts Officer within their finance and procurement team currently based in Marsaskala.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role will include:

• Organising, processing, and ensuring the smooth flow of all documentation received at the Accounts Office
• Vetting supplier invoices received at the Accounts Office to ensure their completeness and processing the invoices through the accounting system
• Processing supplier and other monthly payments
• Communicating with suppliers and offers in compromise as well as coordinating with other accounting team members to ensure the smooth running of all processes
• Assisting in the development of the day-to-day processes and accounting policies
• Compiling and preparing any requested reports.

*This is an exciting career opportunity for an individual who enjoys liaising with suppliers and following processes. Although initially based in Marsaskala, this role will relocate to a new facility in Hal Far within the next 3-4 months.
