Accounts Officer

Our of our clients is looking for an Accounts Officer to join their small team. 

Duties: 

• Posting of daily transactions in our system
• Checking of invoices and issuing payments
• Fortnightly payroll
• Sales, purchases, bank and petty cash reconciliations
• Other office duties as required include filing and scanning

• Have one year of experience
• Shireburn Financials and Shireburn Indigo knowledge will be considered an asset
• Have a good command of the English and Maltese language

• Ideally be in possession of an AAT or 'O' Level in Accounts
