Our client is an esteemed organization seeking a highly motivated individual to join their dynamic team in Sliema, Malta. Are you a Maltese-speaking Accounts/Finance Clerk who is a strong team player? The successful individual will be responsible for administering accounting records; posting routing transactions, and preparing and checking sales invoices. 

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the general ledger and respective reconciliations;
  • Printing payment cheques and referring for signature;
  • Handling all foreign exchange matters;
  • Assisting in preparation of financial reports;
  • Managing petty cash payments;
  • Ensuring that the company's financial policies are adhered to.

To be considered, you will:
  • Possess an advanced level of education in Accounting;
  • Have at least one-year professional experience in a similar role;
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skill in English & Maltese;
  • Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous but not essential.
