Accounts Executive

Our client offering corporate services to a diverse range of clients from different industries but with a particular focus on financial services is looking for Accounts Executives to join their growing team:

Responsibilities:

• Assist the existing team in preparing management accounts and financial statements. 
• Assist in clients’ monthly payroll runs. 
• Assist in the preparation of VAT returns. 
• Assist in the preparation of corporate tax returns. 
• Liaise with clients to ensure the appropriate management of companies. 
• Be proactive in ensuring that companies meet their filing deadlines. 
• Liaise with auditors and banks. 

Requirements

• Previous local experience in an accounting role
• Fluency in English. Maltese speaking is preferred
• Sophisticated, detail-oriented and able to work on their own initiative

Education and Experience

• In the process of obtaining an accounting qualification such as ACCA or equivalent
