Accounts Executive

Job Description
Acumum Corporate Services Limited in Malta is looking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

You probably have some experience in accounting and you are looking to join a boutique firm, where you can learn from experienced professionals and have the opportunity to grow, as your skill set progresses.

You will work closely with our experienced accounting team and you will be:

• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts;
• Prepare financial information for use by management, auditors, tax authorities and regulators;
• Prepare month-end reports;
• Assist internal and external customers;
• Prepare ad hoc reports as needed;
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements;
• Assist with the transfer of the trial balance information into the financial statements template;
• Preparation of trust and company accounts in accordance with applicable legislation as delegated;
• Undertake the annual review process of entities for which accounts have been prepared;
• Assisting with auditors’ queries;
• Prepare the associated working papers and evidencing balances to the financial statements by the Client Manager.

Requirements:

• If you have a minimum 1-year of experience in accounts, including preparing accounts up to trial balance and you want to learn more and progress your career, we’d love to meet you.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of €19,000 to €25,000
