Accounts Executive

Our client is a highly respected electrical, mechanical, and renewable energy organisation and because of the continued growth within the company, an Accounts Executive is required.

Responsibilities within this role will include but not be limited to:

• Record daily transactions accounts payable and receivable
• Process invoices, prepare balance sheets and prepare monthly quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Renew internal systems with financial data
• Reconciliation of bank statements
• Take part in financial audits and assist with budget preparation
• Keep up to date with bank deposits and payments
• Review and implement financial policies.

The successful candidate must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or any major or equivalent professional experience is required
• Experience using financial software
