Elbros Group in Malta is seeking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Processing of day-to-day records such as postings, reconciliations, receivables and payables, bank payments and deposits, maintenance of internal records, etc
Assistance with the preparation of management accounts of various companies on a regular basis
Assistance with the preparation of regulatory returns
Office administration work
Assisting in specific assignments and projects as assigned by management
Contributing to the overall efficiency of the Accounts Department
Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Has previous experience in a similar role of at least 18 months (Previous experience in a construction/property development/hospitality environment will be considered an asset)
Holds an ‘A’ level qualification in Accounting as a minimum
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (particularly MS Excel) and SAGE
Fluent in English and/or Maltese
Methodical, adaptable, and capable of constantly delivering accurate information within given deadlines
Motivated, able to work unsupervised, and part of the team
An EU national.
