Accounts Executive

Our client within the Catering industry is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their growing team:

• Bookkeeping
• Bank reconciliations
• Debtors’ management including chasing
• Creditor’s management including reconciling supplier statements
• Issuing payments
• Acting as a point of contact for management and suppliers
• Preparation of various computations to assist in the preparation of the management accounts and other financial reports;
• Answering phones calls and taking messages
• Managing traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems
• Assisting with the audit process
• Assisting with compiling VAT returns and reports

• At least 2 years of previous local experience doing up to management accounts
• Knowledge of Microsoft office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines
• A teamplayer

• A minimum of A'level in Accounts
