A position of Accounts Executive has arisen within the Retail Industry, reporting to the Financial Controller the chosen candidate will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Posting of invoices. processing payments and maintaining the accounts receivables and the accounts payables
- Chasing debtors and liasing with debtors in solving any disputes
- Preparation of bank and inter-company reconciliations
- Assisting the Financial Controller in the preparation of monthly management accounts and preparation for audit
- Any other ad hoc duties as requested by management
