Ably Resources require an Accounts Executive on behalf of our client in Malta. They are a leading luxury hotel chain on the Island that is looking to recruit a highly motivated, team-oriented individual who has an eye for detail who can convey great leadership and objective seeking qualities to join an already established but growing team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Invoice posting
- Postings of general ledgers
- Keeping up to date with accounting documents and records
- Handling any bank reconciliations that come up
- Cashiering
- Make sure any other duties needed are catered to.
Requirements:
- An education in accounting to an advanced level
- 2 years of working experience minimum
- Have a basic understanding of computer skills
- Experience in hotels/resorts or similar hospitality areas
- An understanding of opera
- Willingness to grow and learn new skills
- Great time and team management skills.
