United Garage Limited in Malta is looking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.
*Candidates applying must have a valid work permit.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling all general bookkeeping activities on behalf of the company;
- Posting of accounts receivables and payable transactions;
- Posting of daily cash sheets and relative reconciliations;
- Handling of other weekly/monthly reconciliations, including bank and cash;
- Any other duties that may be required for the smooth running of the Company.
To be able to succeed in this role you will have to:
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Ability to work unsupervised, as well as part of the Finance team;
- Good time management and problem-solving skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English;
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated;
- A desire to succeed within a supportive team environment;
- Be organised, meticulous, and have good analytical skills;
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be considered an asset.
Education & Experience:
- An 'A' level standard in Accounts with work experience within a Finance office;
- Previous experience within credit control would be considered an asset.
