Accounts Clerk (North of Malta)
Our client, a boutique CSP is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to work on a full-time basis for one of their clients operating in the Import/Export industry.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining up to date accounting records up to trial balance stage
- Posting of invoices
- Completing day to day bookkeeping
- Carrying out bank reconciliations
- Processing VAT returns
- Assisting in the preparation of management accounts
- Ensuring Debtors and Creditors are in line with the credit terms
- Chasing such debtors
- Assisting to ad-hoc queries when needed
- Previous local work experience in the same role
- Able to work independently
- Maltese speaking
- Experience using Sage is considered a strong asset
- Flexible working hours
