Accounts Clerk

A group of companies, operating in Hospitality, Construction and Real Estate is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their finance team and support with payables.

Responsibilities:

• Issuing and processing accounts payables invoices including accounting, reconciliations and payments;
• Maintaining proper accounting records;
• Handling day to day operational requirements within the Accounts department;
• Conducting bank reconciliation and nominal accounts reconciliations;
• Postings up to trial balance stage;
• Compiling of reports as requested by management.

Requirements

• Some previous local experience in accounting will be considered an asset
• Fluency in both Maltese and English
• A teamplayer who is willing to learn

Education and Experience

• O'level in Accounts
