Tumas Group is seeking a full-time Accounts Clerk to join our dynamic Accounts Department team. Reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller, the selected candidate will handle a variety of day-to-day general accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions, including issuing payments and reconciling creditor accounts.
  • Perform standard office procedures including processing mail, answering customer phone calls, typing and filing.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Experience with accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a methodical approach.
  • Tactful, assertive, and persuasive communication style.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in Maltese and English
  • Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively.
  • Previous experience would be considered an advantage.
