We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team and take on the role of Accounts Clerk.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled, and preparing financial reports.

Responsibilities:

Preparing deposits, updating daily receipts and posting into the system.

Posting of Receipt Batch Lists and posting of daily deposits

General office duties

Assist Credit Control Executive

Update spreadsheets as necessary

Reconciliations as necessary

Issuing of invoices / job cards

To replace the Receptionist whenever the need arises

Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in an accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
