Bajada Investments Limited in Malta is currently looking for an Accounts Clerk to join their team on a part-time or full-time basis.
Job Role:
The ideal candidate will be assisting with accounting and payroll tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Handling data entry
- Assisting with payroll
- Handling reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and creditors reconciliations
- Dealing with debtors and creditors
- Assisting in preparing VAT returns
- Assisting in management accounts as well as other external reporting and administrative responsibilities
- Handling third-country national permits
- Working on time sheets, including overtime calculations, leave updates, and other payroll duties.
