Accounts Clerk

Food Chain Limited in Malta is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign expenses to appropriate cost centers
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Posting of purchase invoices and issuing related payments
• Sales reconciliation and inputting
• Reconciliation of bank statements
• Posting of bank transactions
• Filing of documents
• Generation of reports that may be required for management
• Perform any other accounting duties that may be delegated
• General administrative and accounting duties.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Good eye for detail and organised
• Able to work alone and on own initiative as well as in a team
• Be flexible and have a practical approach.

• A' level standard of education and/or MCAST certificate in accountancy
