Accounts Clerk

Job Description
Michele Peresso Group Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will form part of the accounts team, reporting directly to the Head of Accounts.

Michele Peresso Group is mainly active in the retail market through its subsidiaries Eurosport Ltd., Europharma Ltd., and Michele Peresso Fashion Ltd. 

Main Responsibilities include:

• Postings, up to trial balance stage, of local and foreign invoices, payments, and receipts;
• Handling bank deposits;
• Bank reconciliation statements;
• Petty cash, and;
• Other day-to-day requirements to support the Accounts department.

Requirements: 

• Candidates should have an advanced level standard of education in Accounting;
• Candidates with work experience in a similar position will be given preference;
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications is essential.
