Accounts Clerk

Our client, operating within the healthcare sector, is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their growing team, offering an opportunity for growth and support in studies. Reporting to the Finance Manager, will be responsible for: 

Responsibilities:

• Posting of invoices
• Issuing payment runs 
• Perform bank reconciliations in line with credit card expense report and escalating deviations to senior management 
• Assisting in the monthly reporting 
• Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records
• Any other ad-hoc duties and day to day tasks required by the company
