Anteprima Brands International Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic Accounts Clerk to work effectively and collaboratively within a team on a full-time basis. If you are looking to expand your international career, they have the job for you.
Daily Responsibilities are as follows:
- Posting of purchase invoices;
- Posting of bank transactions and bank reconciliations;
- Petty cash and preparing payments for suppliers;
- Calculation of commissions payable to Sales Managers / Agents;
- Managing the everyday needs and the overall organisation of the office, including coordinating with service providers and suppliers;
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested from time to time.
Experience, Qualifications, and Attributes:
- ‘A’ level or AAT qualification in Accounting is a must, coupled with a minimum of 3 years experience in an accounting environment;
- ACCA partly qualified candidates will be preferred;
- Experience with accounting packages;
- IT literate to be able to use IT-related software;
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
- Ability to work in a team.
