One of our clients in the Retail industry in Malta is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Issuing of Invoices & Sales Receipts.
- Bank Statements Reconciliations.
- Foreign Payments Reconciliations.
- Sales and Purchases Ledger Support.
- Credit Card Process .
- Easy Payment Process; Chasing Clients and Issuing of Receipts.
- Ownership & Administrating Managed Print Servicing Contracts .
- Closure of month end tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Proficient in office applications and have experience in standard office software;
- High-Level of ownership, accountability, and responsibility;
- Positive attitude and great work ethic;
- Excellent oral and written communication in English and Maltese;
- Possess clean police conduct.
Skills:
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
