Form Ltd is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.

Main responsibilities:

Support the accounts department with day to day postings and clerical duties, such as:

  • day to day running of the accounts department;
  • posting of invoices, 
  • issuing of payments,
  • chasing debtors and dealing with client queries
  • dealing with any queries or requests that may arise on a daily basis from other departments or clients

Requirements

  • min 2 years experience in a similar role,
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • must know how to use Excel
  • previous experience using Shireburn SFM will be considered an asset
