Accounts and Tax Services Executive

A key client of ours specialising in Fiduciary and Corporate Services is currently seeking an Accounts and Tax Services Executive to join their team of professionals:

Duties:

• Maintaining the general ledger, including: 
• Posting of accounting documentation (such as invoices) to the nominal ledgers 
• Preparing reconciliations of bank and other ledger balances 
• Preparing calculations, prepayments, and accruals
• Compiling management accounts 
• Filing of accounting documentation 
• Preparation of financial returns and CBM returns
• Preparation of the annual financial statements 
• Assisting with auditors’ queries 
• Preparation of Vat returns, tax returns, and tax refund claim forms
