Growth Leads in Malta is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day
accounting, book-keeping, invoicing procedures as well as assisting with the preparation for management accounts.
Growth Leads is an online lead generation company that creates high-quality leads in many verticals, such as iGaming, Financials, Health, and Communications. We focus on building high-end websites with quality content that lets customers make an informed decision about the product they’re about to buy, by adapting a customer-focused approach to quality and usability.
YOUR TASKS ARE:
Posting of invoices and journal entries to appropriate accounts and projects
Retrieving accounting data from clients’ automated systems on a monthly basis, and issuing of invoices to the clients for services rendered
Processing of payments to suppliers
Maintenance of purchases and sales ledgers
Providing other related accounting assistance to the Finance and Accounting Department.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications in Accounts at A-Level standard
At least 1-2 years of work experience working in a similar position
Experience with Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel
Understanding of key accounting concepts
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work on own initiative to meet deadlines
