Our client is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their team. The candidate will be required to provide administrative and accounting support to all departments
Responsibilities
Communicating with various departments and ensuring that any financial issues are handled accordingly;
Processing and recording invoices, payments, credit notes and bank reconciliations;
Dealing with and issuing payments to suppliers;
Handling, chasing and reconciling trade receivables and payables;
Assisting with the preparation of monthly Management Accounts;
Dealing with Aged Debtors and ensuring satisfactory debt collection;
Monitoring and maintaining petty cash;
Handling various other administrative duties as required to assist all departments;
