Accounting Officer

One of our clients within Aviation is looking to recruit an Accounting Officer to join their rapidly expanding and dynamic team 

Responsibilities include 

• Book-keeping 
• Understanding monthly, quaterly and annual financial reporting processes and time frames
• Issuing customer invoices and posting purchase invoices
• Payable and receivables
• Accruals and prepayments 
• Reconciliations 
• Ledger-entries
• Assisting in month-end and year-end procedures 

• 2 years previous experience in similar role
• Local experience within aviation / corporate services would be considered advantageous
• Great team player
• Dependability and working towards meeting deadlines efficiently
• Methodical, with an eye for detail
• Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of the Maltese language would be preferred
• Willingness to learn and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

• Minimum A-level accounts
