Accounting Manager

Our client, operating in the healthcare industry is seeking to recruit an Accounting Manager to join the Finance team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Coordinating the work of the financial management team and ensuring timely and accurate preparation of income, expenditure and activity reports
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Ensuring that the company's policies and procedures are being adhered to at all times
• Supporting the management team in the upholding of good financial controls including areas such as inventory, accounts payables, fixed assets, payroll, accruals and prepayments
• Assisting during the annual budget 
• Ensuring that the company's financial plan is reflected accurately in the budgeting system including maintaining the overall framework and supporting systems for budget approvals and approved developments 
• Assisting in training, implementation and testing of the financial management IT system
• Supporting in other duties which may be required from time to time

• Minimum 3-5 years local experience in a similar role
• Excellent team player with a good eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines

• Fully qualified accountant/In the last stages of ACCA
