SOHO Office Space (Malta) is looking to recruit an organized and driven Accountant/ Xero Specialist to join their growing team on a full-time basis. They are looking for someone who can preserve the office energy and contribute to our awesome community while tending to their accountant role in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and sending invoices via Xero;
- Bookkeeping and reconciliation;
- Paying bills;
- Payroll;
- General administration duties across the business.
Requirements & Experience:
- Must be very experienced with XERO;
- Must have 2-year accountant experience;
- Must have a meticulous eye for details;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Fluent English (speaking and writing).
Education:
- Certificate of Higher Education (required);
- Knowledge of Maltese financial regulation (preferred).
Work hours:
- Working at the office from Monday to Friday (8:30 to 17:30).
