Accountant

Company Introduction:

Our client offers a wide range of professional services, primarily focused on corporate and financial matters.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Handle and reconcile both accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Ensure general ledger accounts are accurately maintained and updated
• Conduct bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial records
• Provide assistance with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Contribute to the creation of management reports, offering valuable financial insights
• Support the Accounts team in the preparation and review of financial statements
• Work closely with tax and audit teams to provide necessary financial information and client support
• Keep up-to-date with the latest accounting regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Experience:

• Currently studying towards ACCA qualification, fully qualified, or holding an equivalent certification
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, with a strong command of Excel
• Previous internship experience or entry-level accounting roles are advantageous
• Familiarity with local accounting standards and regulations is a plus
• Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must, proficiency in additional languages will be considered an asset.
