Toly Products in Malta is looking to recruit an IT Infrastructure Lead to join their specialized IT Team at their Corporate Office on a full-time basis. 

Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Support the IT strategy in order to help the company meet its goals and long-term vision;
  • Lead the IT Infrastructure team day to day activities;
  • Manage the IT Helpdesk and respective KPIs;
  • Support the IT infrastructure, including cloud services, servers, networking devices and communication services;
  • Provide level 1 and level 2 support to internal users via the helpdesk system: both local and remote;
  • Monitor proactively IT assets;
  • Maintain business continuity plan, including backups;
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software across various platforms;
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation;
  • Follow infrastructure and security best practices;
  • Liaise with vendors and other 3rd parties;
  • Educate our internal users on IT System, IT policies and best practices;
  • Provide out of office hours support through an on-call rotation system;
  • Take ownership of tasks and projects assigned to you by the IT Manager.


  • In possession of a diploma or a bachelor’s degree in the IT field;
  • Have ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT Administration/Support;
  • Professional working proficiency of the English language;
  • Be eager to learn new technologies;
  • Have an analytic mindset and attentive to detail.

Bonus Skills/Certifications (these would be a plus to have):
  • Vendor certifications (e.g. A+, CCNA, MCSA, ITIL);
  • Experience with Microsoft 365;
  • Experience with Windows Servers;
  • Experience with Virtualization;
  • Experience with Linux.

*This role requires a person with the ability to work independently, be able to prioritize under pressure and work effectively in a team.  S/he must have good written and verbal communication skills and sound knowledge of the English Language.
