JOB TYPE: Full Time JOB LEVEL: Entry

Our client, a well-established organisation operating within the local insurance industry, is seeking to recruit an Issuing Assistant.


  • Draft and issue policy documentation;
  • Process endorsements, declarations, amendments and cancellations;
  • Assist the Issuing Team with the pre-renewal and renewal process;
  • Assist the Supervisor and/or Head of Issuing Unit with any work as may be required.

Education and Experience:​

  • Minimum of secondary level education;
  • Applicants with an insurance background or qualifications would be preferred, although full training will be provided by the client.


  • Attention to detail;
  • Strong analytical and interpretation skills;
  • Interpersonal effectiveness;
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team;
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office Applications etc.).
