Our client, operating in the Construction Industry in Malta, is looking to recruit an Inputting Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis. 


Main Duties:
Responsibilities:
  • Issuing of purchase orders;
  • Scanning of documents and inputting of data into the system;
  • Responsible for checking documents before inputting and scanning;
  • Assist in logistics and stores when required;
  • Any other ancillary administrative duties at stores as required.


Requirements:
  • Good level of education;
  • Good level of English language both spoken and written;
  • Having good communication skills and able to work in a team and under pressure;
  • Takes initiative and eager to work and improve skills. 

All candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.
