Our client is looking to recruit for a Client Success Specialist vacancy in Malta. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that issues are resolved in the best possible way and that there is nothing hindering further growth
  • Being knowledgeable on the organization's products and services so as to be able to suggest ways that allow clients to utilize products to their full potential
  • Working closely with different teams internally and looking out for changes being implemented and how they ill affect the clients
  • Being involved in the execution of rollout plans 
  • Supporting clients every step of the way and communicating their progress with stakeholders 

Education and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in I.T, Business or similar would be ideal 
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in client-facing roles 
  • Technical background would be a plus

Desired Skills: 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Good Analytical skills and ability to read numbers and conduct reporting 
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to implement preventive and corrective measures
  • Willingness to learn and progress in your career
